Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Simon Fenelon, Victoria Police say.
The 50-year-old was last seen in Camberwell on 7 August about 5.15pm.
Simon is described as 177cm tall, solid build and has a stooped posture.
He was wearing two caps on top of each other, a beige jacket with zipped pockets at the side, blue Converse t-shirt, blue track pants and grey runners.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he requires medication.
Investigators have released an image of Simon in the hope that someone may recognise him.
Anyone who sees Simon is urged to contact Camberwell Police Station on 9882 0688.
