Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wyndham Vale woman Courtney Smith and her baby son, Victoria Police say.
The 20-year-old woman and her one-year-old son Chase were last known to be heading towards Queensland on 28 February.
Police hold concerns for Courtney and Chase’s welfare, particularly due to his young age.
It is believed the pair may possibly be in either Queensland or Adelaide.
An image of Courtney has been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on their current whereabouts.
Courtney is described as about 160cm tall with blonde/fair hair and blue eyes.
