Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old Chiara Culliver, Victoria Police say.
Chiara was last seen on Saturday 20 May.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to due to her age and she has not been in contact since leaving home
Investigators have released an image of Chiara in the hope that someone may recognise her.
Chiara is approximately 165 cm tall, has brown hair and a medium build.
Investigators believe she may have travelled to the Western suburbs, and she is also known to frequent the Shepparton area.
