Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Ashwood teen Kye Creek.
The 15-year-old was last seen at an address on Warrigal Rd, Ashwood about 3.40pm on 21 February.
Police and family members hold concerns for his welfare due to his age.
He is known to frequent the Box Hill area.
Investigators have released an image of Kye in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Kye or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Glen Waverley Police Station on 9566 1555.
