Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Koo Wee Rup teenager Riley Battams, Victoria Police say.
Riley was last seen at his Manks Road address on 5 March about 9pm.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age, the amount of time he has been missing and he requires medication.
He was last seen wearing black jeans, black hooded top with black/white Nike runners.
Police have released an image of Riley in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Riley is urged to contact Pakenham Police Station on 5945 2500.
