Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Annabel Perkins.
The 29-year-old was last seen about 5pm on 7 February in Surrey Hills.
Police and family members hold concerns for Annabel's welfare as she has not made contact with her family, which is out of character.
An image of Annabel has been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.
Annabel is caucasian in appearance and has a slim build and shoulder-length brown hair.
She was last seen wearing pink shorts and a white T-shirt.
Anyone who sees Annabel or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Prahran Police Station on 9520 5200.
