Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an elderly woman missing from the Burwood area.
Zhao Shen Yun, aged 83, was last seen outside a hair salon in Burwood Plaza, Burwood, about 10.30am today (Friday 6 February 2026).
When she couldn't be found, officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Zhao's welfare due to her age and as she lives with dementia.
Zhao is described as being of Asian appearance, about 160cm tall, of slim build, with short grey hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black vest, long grey pants and white shoes.
Zhao is believed to frequent the Burwood area.
