Search on for owners of dogs located during drug raids in Churchable, QLD

Detectives from State Crime Command’s Drug and Serious Crime Group are searching for the owners of two dogs located during a significant drug enforcement operation on a Churchable property earlier this month, Queensland Police say.

The dogs were found at the Main Green Swamp Road property on Wednesday, December 6 following the execution of a search warrant as part of Operation Papa Cider.

Drug and Serious Crime Group detectives transported the dogs to a veterinarian where they were found to be in good health and are being looked after by the RSPCA.

The dogs, a male cream Golden Retriever approximately five months old and a female tan and white Golden Retriever cross approximately two years old, were not microchipped and further enquiries with neighbouring properties have also failed to locate the rightful owners.
