Second Man Dies After Crash - Ku-Ring-Gai PAC

A second man has died following a multiple vehicle crash in Sydney's north on Monday (15 April 2024).

Just before 4.40am, emergency services were called to the Pacific Motorway, approximately two kilometres north of the Wahroonga exit, after reports of a head on crash.

Officers attached to Ku Ring Gai Police Area Command were told a vehicle traveling south bound collided with three vehicles travelling north bound.

A male driver, aged 27, died at the scene.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated three drivers at the scene.

A 96-year-old man was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital, where he died on Wednesday night (17 April 2024).

A truck driver, aged 35, was taken to Hornsby Hospital for mandatory testing.

A male driver, aged 39, was also taken to Royal North Shore Hospital with minor injuries and mandatory testing.

An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash continues.

A report will be prepared with the information of the Coroner.
