Police are at the scene of a serious crash at the intersection of Yorktown and Midway Roads, Elizabeth Downs, according to SA Police.
Emergency crews were called to the area just after 8.10am, after reports of a collision involving a car and a cyclist.
Road closures are in place, and please avoid the area if possible.
