Police remain at the scene of a serious crash at Long Jetty.
Just before 4pm (Tuesday 15 January 2019), police were called to Tuggerah Parade, near Lake Street, after a motorcycle and Holden Commodore station wagon collided.
The 30-year-old male motorcycle rider was airlifted by the Westpac Helicopter to John Hunter Hospital in a critical condition.
The 53-year-old driver of the Holden was not injured but has been taken to Wyong Hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
His male passenger suffered minor injuries but did not seek hospital treatment.
A crime scene has been established as investigations continue.
