Police and emergency services crews are at a serious crash on the northbound carriage of the Southern Expressway at Bedford Park with reported injuries, according to SA Police.
The expressway has been closed to all traffic between the entrance/exit at South Road Bedford Park and Sheriffs Road at Reynella.
Major Crash Investigators are heading to the scene.
Expect an increase and traffic and delays on Main South Road.
