Serious Traffic Crash Appeal, Yeerongpilly

Police are appealing for dashcam and witnesses after a serious traffic incident between a vehicle and a pedestrian in Yeerongpilly today, 9 October.

Initial investigations indicate just after 10am, a white hatchback travelling on Fairfield Road has struck a man.

The driver of the hatchback failed to remain on the scene.

The male pedestrian was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Investigators are appealing for witnesses, especially those with relevant dashcam vision between 9.30am and 10.05am to come forward.

Investigations are continuing.
