Police are investigating a serious traffic crash that occurred at Eagleby this afternoon, Queensland Police say.
At about 2.10pm, a motorcycle travelling west on Herses Road collided with the rear right hand side of a motor vehicle heading in the same direction, as that car attempted to perform a U-turn.
The male rider of the motorcycle received serious injuries as a result of the crash and was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition.
The driver of the car was uninjured.
Forensic Crash Unit is appealing to any members of the public who witnessed the incident or who have relevant dash-cam footage to contact police.
