Police are investigating a serious crash that occurred today in Douglas, Queensland Police say.
Officers were called to Angus Smith Drive just before 12.30pm following reports a man had crashed a motorcycle.
On arrival, a 54-year-old local man was located on the ground and was immediately transported to hospital with critical injures.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash or may have seen any vehicle driving in the area at the time to contact them.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
