The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following a serious traffic crash in Oxenford overnight, Queensland Police say.
Initial investigations indicate just after midnight a car travelling south along Maudsland Road collided a pedestrian at the intersection of Killarney Court.
Emergency services responded and a 20-year-old Maudsland man was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
The male driver of the vehicle was not physically injured during the crash.
