Police are investigating a traffic incident at Coomera this morning, Sunday, June 8.
Initial investigations indicate shortly before 9a, a dark BMW was exiting a car meet at Beattie Road and Waterway Drive when it lost control and struck a group who were sitting on a barrier.
A teenage male sustained a leg injury, and an 18-year-old male suffered a significant leg injury, have been transported to Gold Coast Hospital.
Officers spoke with the driver, a 20-year-old man, at the scene who continues to assist police with their enquiries.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations are ongoing.
