The Northern Road will be closed for several hours after a serious truck crash at Bringelly, NSW Police say.
About 1am tomorrow, two semi-trailers, both carrying fruit, collided head on, north of the intersection with Peter Brock Drive.
One driver remains trapped in his vehicle with serious injuries, efforts are underway to release him.
The other driver has been taken to Liverpool Hospital with serious head injuries.
Diversions are in place.
The Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit is on route.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
