Police are at the scene of a serious two-vehicle crash near Gloucester.
About 2.40pm today (Wednesday 10 March 2021), emergency services were called to The Bucketts Way east of Gloucester, following reports two vehicles had collided head-on.
One of the drivers – a male believed to be aged in his 20s – is currently being airlifted to John Hunter Hospital; he is reportedly in a critical condition.
The driver and sole occupant of the other vehicle is being treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Officers attached to Manning-Great Lakes Police District have established a crime scene and will investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
