Seven Mopeds Recovered in Ongoing Operation Enduro Probe

Seven mopeds have been recovered at a home in Sydney's north west on Wednesday.

In November 2025, Operation Enduro was established by North West Metropolitan Region in response to the escalation of moped, scooter and motorcycle thefts, as well serious crimes including armed robberies.

The operation has involved officers attached to General Duties, Strike Force Sweetenham, Operations Support Group, Traffic and Highway Patrol, Proactive Crime Teams, Region Enforcement Squad and specialist police including Polair.

About 12pm Wednesday (21 January 2026), police were notified through tracking that a moped was at a home on Cartwright Street, South Windsor. Police attended and located seven mopeds in the rear yard.

A crime scene was established, and police seized the seven mopeds for forensic examination.
