Police have charged a man following an alleged sexual assault of a woman at Ascot early this morning., Queensland Police say
It will be alleged about 1.50am the 30-year-old woman has woken to find a man in her room inappropriately touching her. She screamed and the man fled.
A 22-year-old Ascot man has been charged with one count each of enter dwelling with intent to commit indictable offence and sexual assault. He is expected to appear at Brisbane Magistrates Court on March 2.
The man was not known to the woman.
