Shellharbour City Mayor Chris Homer is encouraging the community to come together and pay their respects to all those who have served Australia on ANZAC Day, Saturday 25 April 2026.
"ANZAC Day holds deep significance for our community. It's a time to stand together, reflect on the service and sacrifice of those who came before us, and acknowledge the families across our region who have carried that legacy through generations," Mayor Homer said.
"Standing side by side in remembrance is one of the most meaningful things we can do as a community, and I encourage everyone to come together at the Shellharbour City Memorial to pay our respects."

Shellharbour's service marks the 111th anniversary of ANZAC Day and will include a commemorative service conducted by Warilla RSL Sub Branch.

The Historical Aircraft Restoration Society (HARS) will honour those who have served with a special flyover during the ceremony.
