Shots fired into home, NSW

An investigation is underway following a public place shooting in Sydney’s west overnigh, NSW Police sayt

Police were called to a home on Townview Road, Mount Pritchard, just before 1am (Thursday 8 November 2018), following reports of shots fired.

A man who was inside the home at the time, told police three shots had been fired at the home.

The occupants of the home, two men aged 30 and 61, and a 57-year-old woman, were uninjured.

Officers from Fairfield Police Area Command established a crime scene after damage and a number of projectiles were located at the home, which will be forensically examined.

While inquiries continue, initial investigations suggest the shooting may be targeted.
