Six arrested after drugs, cash seized at Redwood Park, SA

Holden Hill police arrested six people following a search of a Redwood Park home on Friday, according to SA Police.

Police attended a Redwood Park house about 8am on Friday 19 January and conducted a search.

As a result, approximately 129g of methylamphetamine, steroids and small quantities of fantasy, heroin and ecstasy were located and seized along with cash and knuckle dusters. Clothing and electronic equipment were also seized while police investigate whether these items had been stolen.

The six people arrested include

  • A 25-year-old man from Brooklyn Park who was charged with trafficking in a controlled drug. He was refused bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court today
  • A 31-year-old man from Redwood Park who was reported for unlawful possession, possessing prescription medication and possessing a prohibited weapon
  • A 42-year-old woman from Prospect who was reported for unlawful possession
  • A 35-year-old woman from Redwood Park who was reported for unlawful possession
  • A 54-year-old man from Bowden who was arrested for hinder police and resisting arrest
  • A 29-year-old man from Tranmere who was reported for unlawful possession
