Snowy Monaro mourns the loss of Clare Nowland
Council extends our deepest sympathies to family and friends of Clare Nowland following her death yesterday at the age of 95.
Mrs Nowland was a loved and respected member of the Yallambee Lodge family. Clare lived with us for five years and in that time her fellow residents and staff enjoyed her company and wonderful personality.
Clare was a selfless and committed member of the Snowy Monaro community and her loss will be felt across the region, just as her long life touched so many of us.
Our thoughts at this time are with the Nowland family and all who knew Clare.
