Police are investigating an incident this morning after a man was shot in the leg at a Morphett Vale address.
Just after 8.15am on Sunday 14 July, police and emergency services were called to States Road after a 32-year-old man was shot in the upper right thigh.
The injured man was conveyed by ambulance to the Flinders Medical Centre in a serious but not life-threatening condition. He is expected to undergo surgery later today.
Although the investigation is in its early stages the incident is not considered random.
