The Index assesses and recognises Australian organisations in creating accessible and inclusive workplaces.
We are strongly committed to enhancing the diversity of our workforce.
Organisations that choose to participate in the Index are required to provide supporting evidence of their inclusive practices against 10 key areas.
These key areas touch on all aspects of CASA's operations, along with additional areas covering commitment and innovation.
We will be considering the report's recommendations and looking at how we can make CASA an even more accessible and inclusive workplace for everyone.
