Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Tyrone Charles.
The 27-year-old from St Albans is wanted on several warrants, for failing to appear in court in relation to theft and driving offences.
Charles is described as Caucasian, 190-195cm tall, with a medium build, and brown hair.
Investigators have released an image of Charles in the hope someone can supply information on his current whereabouts.
