Stalactites names souvlaki in honour of Australian Open hopeful, Stefanos Tsitsipas

Hi There,

After much media attention, Melbourne institution Stalactites is thrilled to announce an exciting addition to the menu. The Tsitsipas Souvlaki will be available on the Stalactites menu as of today, just in time for tonight's Australian Open semi-final.

The Tsitsipas Souvlaki has been created based on his own feedback of his favourite flavours plus a Stalactites twist. Ingredients include lamb, tomato, tzatziki, fresh pomegranate, fresh basil and mint, crumbed feta, chips, and a touch of chilli.

In what is certain to be a menu favourite, the Tsitsipas Souvlaki sells for $16.00 and is available now.

Stalactites managing director Nicole Papasavas says:

"We feel so proud of Stefanos' achievements in the Australian Open, and we are excited to create a souvlaki in his honour. We welcome his tick of approval and the Stalactites team wishes him all the best in tonight's match"
