This 8-week program is not a quick fix - it's a sustainable approach to fitness designed to help you rebuild consistency, regain confidence, and create habits that last, without extremes or burnout.

Launch Session - 1 February

Drummies Bridge Reserve - 9am-10am

Fitness assessment and challenge.

Midpoint Session - 1 March

Dandenong Ranges, Basin Theatre Walk - 9.15am for 9.30am start

Endurance and teamwork excursion (approx 1.5-2hrs).

Finale Session - 29 March

Drummies Bridge Reserve - 9am-10am

Final fitness assessment and fun team competition and awards.

- 8 x 1-hour structured weekly team training sessions

- 1-on-1 Personal training sessions (30 min)

- 4 x 1-hour Active recovery sessions

- Recipe eBooks and workout guide

- Launch and finale fitness testing

- Mid-challenge group event

- Motivation & Nutrition seminar

- Live online Q&A Session (recorded for non-attenders)

Scoring and Rewards

Teams earn points for attendance, engagement, team spirit, and education. Individuals from the winning team will win a $50 voucher at the end of the challenge.
