The Victorian Government stands by the steps it took during the pandemic to keep Victorians safe.
The State has reached an agreement to resolve the matter.
The $125m settlement, agreed to between the parties, will avoid further protracted legal proceedings.
The agreement is subject to the approval of the Supreme Court, and it would not be appropriate to comment further while the matter remains before the Court.
