TasPorts CEO Anthony Donald will conclude his role in March 2026.
Treasurer Eric Abetz thanked Mr Donald for his service to TasPorts and to Tasmania.
"Anthony Donald has made an important contribution to Tasmania's ports over almost a decade with TasPorts, including leading the organisation since 2018," the Treasurer said.
"During a period of significant change and investment, TasPorts has continued to perform its essential role in supporting Tasmania's freight task, economic connectivity, and access to national and international markets.
"TasPorts' people deliver critical services every day in a complex operating environment, and the Tasmanian Government recognises the commitment and capability of the organisation and its workforce.
"Along with the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, I look forward to continuing to work with the TasPorts Board and management as they progress the next phase of leadership and continue to deliver for Tasmania.
"We wish Mr Donald all the best in his future endeavours."
