Kempsey Shire Council is committed to fostering a safe and respectful community and does not condone domestic violence in any form.
Councillor Selby has advised the Council's CEO that content was posted from his social media account without his consent. The matter will be considered in accordance with the Kempsey Shire Council Code of Conduct.
Kempsey Shire Council does not have control or oversight of councillors' personal social media accounts. Content posted on those accounts does not represent the views of Kempsey Shire Council. Councillors are expected to uphold the standards set out in the Code of Conduct.
