Stealing appeal in Browns Plains, QLD

Detectives have released CCTV footage and stills of a man who may be able to assist with their investigations into the theft of iPads and iPhones from an electrical retail store in Browns Plains last week.

On Thursday, April 20 around 11.20am a man attended the Browns Plains Road business and selected two iPads and two iPhone 7 Plus mobile phones.

A staff member has placed the items into a bag while the man was on his phone when another customer approached the counter for assistance.

As the employee was assisting the customer the man has leaned over the counter and picked up the bag before walking out without paying for the items.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, 40 years old, approximately 185cm with a proportionate build and light brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a grey Quicksilver t-shirt, black shorts and thongs.
