Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Stephen Easterbrook, Victoria Police say.
Warrants have been issued for the 31-year-old’s arrest after he failed to appear at court in relation to obtaining financial advantage by deception.
Police have released an image of Easterbrook in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Easterbrook is described as 181cm tall with a medium build and distinctive neck tattoos.
He is known to frequent the Portland area and Mount Gambier in South Australia.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
