Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Steven Zander, Victoria Police say.
A warrant has been issued for the 35-year-old’s arrest over matters involving damage to property.
Police have released an image of him in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Zander is described as about 178cm with a medium to solid build, hazel eyes and long light brown hair, often worn back in a ponytail.
He is known to frequent the Clifton Hill, Eltham, Diamond Creek and St Andrews areas.
Anyone who sights Zander or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
