ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC:
Isolated damaging wind gusts over the Arnhem and Carpentaria districts. Gusty thunderstorms have developed over the Gulf of Carpentaria and are spreading towards the west.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Borroloola, Ngukurr, Bulman, Numbulwar, McArthur River and Mainoru.
