Strathmore Armed Robbery: Police Appeal for Information

Armed Crime Squad detectives are appealing for information after an armed robbery at a post office in Strathmore late last month.

Investigators have been told a man armed with a knife entered the Napier Street premises about 10.20am on Friday, 31 March.

Once inside, the man approached the front counter before producing the knife and pointing it towards the staff members.

He then forced a staff member to open the cash register and empty the contents into his backpack, before fleeing on an electric scooter.
