Strike Force Tuggarah was established in March by the State Crime Command's Drug and Firearms Squad to investigate conduct on a shooting range at a correctional centre at Windsor.
Throughout the investigation, the range has undergone various audits by the NSW Firearms Registry which has introduced additional conditions that govern its use.
Corrective Services NSW has provided assistance to police throughout the investigation and has since implemented policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Following advice from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to the actions of individuals at the range, it has been determined that no further action will be taken.
The investigation has concluded.
