Upon arrival, crews found a shed at the rear of the property fully engulfed in flames.
Crews worked quickly to contain the blaze and had extinguished it just after 8.30pm.
No injuries have been reported at this stage.
The cause of the fire has not been determined, and NT Police have established a crime scene.
