Around 2:40am this morning, Tasmania Fire Service and Tasmania Police were called to a structure fire at Laurence Place, Gagebrook, Tasmania Police say.
This residence is privately owned and currently vacant.
This is the third structure fire at this residence in the past month.
This fire has been deemed suspicious and is being investigated by the Bridgewater CIB. Damage is estimated at $140,000.
These types of incidents are dangerous for the emergency service workers who attend and for local residents.
Tasmania Police would like to speak to anyone who may be able to help them with the investigation. Information can be given anonymously to Crime Stoppers.
