Sudden Death Investigation, Albany Creek

Police have launched an investigation after two people were located deceased at an Albany Creek property yesterday, June 2.

Officers were called to a Jambaroo Street residence around 5.30pm, where a man in his 40s and a woman in her 70s were located deceased.

Initial investigations indicate the two people were known to each other.

A crime scene remains at the property and investigations into the circumstances of their deaths are ongoing.

Investigators are appealing to anyone who may have seen or heard anything in the vicinity of Jambaroo Street before 5.30pm to come forward.

There is no threat to the community.
