By linking businesses with mentors through the Mentoring for Business in Growth Program, Business & Employment aims to foster the entrepreneurial spirit of Tasmanian business owners.

The Mentoring for Business in Growth Program draws on the experience of more than 70 Tasmanian business people, whose backgrounds cover a wide range of industries.

Mentors provide support for a variety of business functions, from business management and financial planning to digital marketing and manufacturing.

Designed to support individuals and their businesses, Mentoring for Business in Growth aims to assist business owners to take their business to the next level.

Program Facilitator Lauren Somers is a small business owner herself, and understands the benefit an experienced helping hand can bring.
