Supporting Region's Creatives At Asia TOPA

The Albanese Labor Government is continuing to support arts events that bring communities together across borders, providing support for the 2028 Asia-Pacific Triennial of Performing Arts Festival (Asia TOPA).

Held every three years in Melbourne, Asia TOPA is a major celebration of Asia-Pacific arts, culture and ideas, bringing together communities through dance, theatre, music, visual art and more.

The festival showcases the strength, creativity and diversity of arts and culture from across the Asia-Pacific.

Funding will be delivered over two financial years and will support core staff costs and artist fees.
