About 130am on Saturday 30 September 2017 police were advised of a house fire at 8 Benboyd Court Rokeby, Tasmania Police say.
TFS personnel and Police attended the unoccupied house which has been significantly damaged.
The fire is being treated as suspicious and any witnesses or persons with information are asked to contact Crime Stoppers.
