Police are investigating a house fire at Elizabeth Park early this morning.
About 1.30am on Thursday 13 December, police and fire crews were called to a home on Palmer Road following reports of a fire at the property.
The house was fully engulfed in flames when patrols arrived with a number of MFS crews working to extinguish the blaze. Unfortunately the fire caused significant damage to the vacant home.
Fire Cause Investigators have attended the scene to examine the circumstances surrounding the fire.
Police believe that the fire was deliberately lit.
