Police are investigating a suspicious fire at a Morphett Vale home last night, according to SA Police.
Police and fire crews were called to Archer Street about 10.15pm on Tuesday 20 September after reports of flames seen coming from the rear of a home.
The home was fully engulfed by flames when police arrived but fire crews quickly brought the fire under control. Fortunately no person was home at the time but sadly a cat and two kittens inside had died.
Police Fire Cause Investigators attended the scene and determined that the fire was deliberately lit.
