Police are investigating a suspicious unit fire that occurred at Kangaroo Point early this morning, Queensland Police say.
At about 1am, police attended the unit complex in River Terrace where the unit was observed to be fully engulfed in flames.
The unit block was evacuated, and no persons were injured as a result of the fire.
Investigations are continuing.
