Task Force Falcon Charges Three KVT in Drug Crimes

Taskforce Falcon have charged three KVT associates with alleged drug supply offences under Strike Force Duncan.

Strike Force Duncan was originally established by State Crime Command's Financial Crimes Squad Motor Unit to investigate the illegal activities of Organised Criminal Networks.

These operations included the theft, supply, and staging of alleged "kill cars," as well as other criminal enterprises such as drug supply.

With the creation of Taskforce Falcon earlier this year to fight violent crime, Strike Force Duncan was brought under its umbrella.

In September, strike force detectives began investigations into the alleged drug supply activities of three men linked to the KVT.

Following extensive inquiries, about 5.30am yesterday (Tuesday 18 November 2025), strike force detectives – with assistance from South West Metropolitan Operational Support Group – executed a search warrant in Edmondson Park.

At the address, police arrested a 28-year-old man. He was taken to Liverpool Police Station, where he was charged with knowingly direct activities of criminal group, supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, four counts of supply prohibited drug >indictable & = large commercial quantity, supply prohibited drug >= commercial quantity, knowingly deal with proceeds of crime, and fail to comply digital evidence access order direction.

He was refused bail to appear in Liverpool Local Court today (Wednesday 19 November 2025)

Just before 5am yesterday, officers attached to Raptor Squad stopped a vehicle on the Great Western Highway at Glenbrook.

Police arrested the 28-year-old driver. He was taken to Springwood Police Station, where he was charged with supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, participate criminal group contribute criminal, four counts of supply prohibited drug >indictable & = large commercial quantity, supply prohibited drug >= commercial quantity, knowingly deal with proceeds of crime, handle explosive/precursor without authorising licence, and possess/attempt to, prescribed restricted substance.

He was refused bail to appear in Penrith Local Court today.

About 6.30am yesterday, strike force detectives arrested a 24-year-old man in Peakhurst. He was taken to Kogarah Police Station, where he was charged with two counts of supply prohibited drug >= large commercial quantity, deal with property proceeds of crime < $100000 & > $5000, participate criminal group contribute criminal, possess prohibited drug, and fail to comply digital evidence access order direction.

He was refused bail to appear in Sutherland Local Court today.

During subsequent search warrants, strike force detectives located and seized approximately 40kg of illicit drugs with an estimated street value of $12.5 million.

The charges relate to the alleged supply of approximately 55kg of illicit drugs, with an estimated street value of $16.5 million.
