Tasmania is leading the nation in business conditions and business confidence, showing the Liberal Government's plan to get on with the job is working.
Treasurer Eric Abetz said a strong economy is a core focus of the Government, and the latest results show what can be achieved under a pro-business Liberal Government.
"Our economy is strong and growing, and we are backing in our local businesses with the strongest conditions in the nation," Treasurer Abetz said.
"The confidence of our Tasmanian businesses is built on the back of a strong economic plan as outlined in the Tasmanian Liberal Government's Economic Statement.
"These results show that Tasmania is well-positioned now and into the future."
The latest NAB results come off the back of continued record-low unemployment, with over 50,000 jobs created by the Liberal Government.
